We access your personal data within BitBrew and share data with third party service providers that process the data on our behalf for the purposes set forth in this policy. We may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personally identifiable information to the appropriate governmental authorities. If requested by law enforcement or judicial authorities, we will provide this information on receipt of the appropriate documentation. Opt-Out Policy

If at any time you do not wish to receive offers and e-mails from us, you may remove your name from our mailing list by telling us through optout@bitbrew.com.

Accessing Your Data 

If you would like to access your personal data that we maintain, or the personal data you have submitted is no longer accurate, current, or complete, and you wish to update it, please contact us as described in the Contact Us section below. If you need to correct your personal data, we reserve the right to use data obtained previously to verify your identity.

Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals sent by web browsers. A uniform standard has not yet been adopted to determine how DNT signals should be interpreted and what actions should be taken by websites and third parties that receive them. Retention

We retain personal data while your account is active, or as needed to provide you Services. We will delete personal data within a reasonable time after the data is no longer necessary for the business purpose for which it was collected. You are generally entitled to request from BitBrew access to and rectification or erasure of personal data that we store about you or – as the case maybe – restriction of processing as far as it concerns you or to object to processing as well as to assert your right to data portability and your right to withdraw consent; all as granted by applicable data protection laws. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Changes to This Policy

BitBrew reserves the right to revise or modify this Policy. In such event, we will post a notice on this website prior to the change becoming effective and, if the changes would have an effect on your data, we will either notify you or provide you with an opportunity to opt-out.
